With this mod you can toggle if creepers explode and if they do block damage(if you didn't put creeper explosions off)
You can do this by using commands.
1st command:
/gamerule docreeperexplosion true
/gamerule docreeperexplosion false
2nd command
/gamerule docreeperblockdamage true
/gamerule docreeperblockdamage false
(You can also prevent creepers from doing block damage by using the "gamerule mobGriefing" command in Vanilla, but this will disable every kind of mobgriefing, which you often don't want, especially when you have farms that need mobgriefing. That's why this mod was made.)

Gamerule mob griefing does also the same as gamerule creepereblockdamage (but not the same as gamerule creeper explosion, this will let the creeper despawn instead of exploding) but the issue about it is that it also prevents also any other mob griefing. This means you can't use for example automatic villager farms(as they need to grief the world for this) when you want to turn creeperexplosions off.
