What is Strange Plants?

Well, Strange Plants is all about adding plants to Minecraft biomes to improve the look and feel of those biomes.
 

Why did you decide to make this mod?

Well, In Minecraft, biomes barely have any types of plants so they just look boring like the current Minecraft jungles, in real life jungles there are many types of plants and flower that make the jungles unique and colorful. Swamps also barely have any plants even though real life swamps have lots of plants and some flowers. so that why decided to make this mod.

The things this mod adds is lots of new plants and flowers to find and use for decoration and potentially uses for dyes, foods, new materials to use to make new building blocks, and more!

What should I expect form this mod?

Well for one, this mod is still in development so expect a lot of updates! secondly it would lack a lot of content I have planned for but it would be added soon!

*Note the next update isn't big but update 0.5 will be because this will add more food items, a biome or two, and the exotic plants will be added! also the images on the mod page will be changed!

*Note this mod is still in development so it lack the content that is planned for the mod and things might be remove or majorly changed so check change logs or description! also don't expect much for now but there will be more content in the future!

*Note some of the plants don't grow by themself so you might need to use bonemeal!

• More Plants for other biomes.
• The Nether and End will have more plants added
• Most Plants can be turned into dyes.
• Some Plants having effects on the player like a potion effect or damage.
• More food types from Plants like Jam, Salad, Bread, and others foods.
• Using Plants for Materials like cotton for string.
• New stuff for Gardens like blocks and items.
• Finding Exotic Plants and selling them to villagers for valuable items.
• A new set of armor and tools that relates to plants.
• (potentially) Adding more trees/big mushroom.
• Advancements for Strange Plants Mod.
• (Maybe) Adding a Plant theme dimension with new plants and other things.
• Some little/funny features that I won't tell yet!
• Plant theme weapons.

*Note that not all of the feature on the list be added or would be changed in certain ways or new ideas would be added onto the list!

The 0.5 Update is coming pretty soon, maybe tomorrow but I am not to sure, so just wait a little bit longer and the update will be worth it. also I am very glad about the amount of downloads for this mod, it just make me happy that I made a mod that people want to use for their personal minecraft worlds!
