Map Packs

Summary:

-Tired of your filled maps and compasses taking up too much space in your inventory? Map Packs are a storage item to help store map related-items, there is a slot for a compass, recovery compass, and 36 slots for filled maps (since they are not stackable). With a whole extra inventory worth of space dedicated just to maps, you can travel with ease and not worry about some silly paper taking up your whole inventory, while still reaping the benefits of traveling with maps.

Features:

-Map Packs is a lightweight mod that adds one item which has a crafting recipe & storage GUI. The Map Pack is designed to fit perfectly into vanilla, using the 16x16p item size, and using the exact hex values for the colors of leather and maps

Crafting:

-Craft a map pack with an iron nugget in the center of the crafting grid & leather all around it. Since it only requires leather and an iron nugget, the item is classified as common and will be easy to craft early game.

Use:

-Once you have crafted a Map Pack, simply hold it in your primary or secondary hand and right-click to open it and store your map-related items.

Planned updates:

-I would like to make it so when the Map Pack GUI is open the texture for the Map Pack changes to look open, I have a texture already but am not sure how to do this, if you have any advice or a solution, please leave a comment!
