Make a perfect particle aura

Hi, i added an aura on my mod using particles, i cant really show u but when the player moves while the aura is activated, there is some kind of very annoying trail, like the player moves faster than the aura, what would be the perfect particle settings to make an aura that have the same speed as the player.
