So, when using Mcreator. I would usually import java mob models from Blockbench into Mcreator. However, sometimes I want to import two different mob models. However, after I import the first java model, it replace that first java model when I import the second one? The entire first java model, including animations and name, is replaced with the second model and new animations. Is there a way I can include both java models?
You can add as many models (modded entity) as you like. Change the model name ... In Blockbench >> File >> Project >>> give a unique name to each model (no space, neither CAPS allowed)
Ive tried that, and i did name the file projects. However, importing two models still doesn't work :(
Can you elaborate more or at least say what MCreator version are you using (also for which minecraft version)? And finaly what were the steps taken in your side?, just to try to figure out what could be the cause.
Snapshot version (latest one), for 1.18.2
When trying to upload a java mob model from Blockbench, as usual, when importing it into the Models section, itd ask for animations, etc, and id be done. Then when I would try to have another new model, by again clicking import java 3d model, it would replace that old one with the new one.
Change the model identifiers in BlockBench.
(That's how I fixed my problem)
As C0mmand0K (and myself in the previous post) said, that is the only course of action. But if you still are not able to find a solution ... contact me at discord, so I could look at the models and try to help you better. https://discord.gg/xKTShWZSDF Same username __SK__
