How do i make advanced mobs (automatic breeding & hunger)

So basically i wanted to make a mod where you could make your own aquarium ecosystems by having to maintain the population of your mobs and make sure they have food.

Resume of what i wanted to know how to do:
* Automatic Breeding
* Hunger System
