this mod adds new elemental cristals that can be used to forge many cool items, armour or weapons, also it has a variety of mobs, creatures, bosses and dimensions. also a big amount of other ways you can choose to become a powerfull elemental warrior. 

(i recomend using a mod like just enough items to see the recipies)

the elemental gems can be found on some structures that generate randomly in the world, with some ecxeptions (eg. air, electricity). this gems are just the raw material, to get all the elemental power you should use extraction tables, with this you can extract the energy of the cristals into a jar, then merge it with an armour, very armour and weapons have unique powers and abilities, so it can be beneficial to combine the different armours.

features

-bosses: using the mod's items might make easier to kill the bosses, some of them with drops that can be used to forge more powerfull weapons.

-armour: this mod contains elemental armour that can be used to protecct yourself from players or bosses, each arour has unique features that influence the game, if you use different armour you probably can have bigger elemental abilities and grow stronger.

-dark magic: dark magic is a type of magic you can use to forge powerfull dark weapons, you can forge them with the conjured table, but  you can only use them in night time, because in day time you might be affected by insanity

-more: there are much more things

in the game, the mod is appearing as "pickaxescraft mod" this is the name i choosed like 3 years ago but i changed it into something more representative, i hope this isnt a problem.
