Electric Chests

This MOD modifies the interaction with naturally generated chests, making it difficult to openly collect chests generated around the world and prevents BOTS from collecting their items, as to unlock each chest it is necessary to go through the minigame. Breaking the chests will also not be an alternative, because if the chest is "electrified" it destroys the items inside before dropping.

Using the Safety Pliers greatly increases your time to complete the minigame.

 

The idea for this MOD came after some frustrating experiences with BOTS on a server I made for my community. But I didn't want to just punish people, I wanted to give village exploration a fun and different purpose.
