This Mod adds colored Bricks. There Is One For every color in Minecraft (Black, Blue, Brown, Cyan, Gray, Green, Light Blue, Light Grey, Magenta, Orange, Pink, Purple, Red, White, And Yellow) Except Brown And Black Because Regular Bricks Are Already Brown And Nether Bricks Are Already Black. THIS PART IS IMPORTANT, PLS READ! If you turn your regular bricks into slabs/stairs/walls, you can't dye them.

If you don't like making the textures manually, you could make the textures in an art/design program like photoshop and make the bricks in grayscale. With the bricks being grayscale, you can apply a Gradient Map to the grayscale bricks, letting you colour the bricks automatically. You can use seperate layers that the Gradient Map does not apply to for stuff like mortar. Alternatively you could just hueshift the bricks layer
