It's nothing extraordinary, it's just a small mod that adds 10 new musical instruments. Here's a little more about them.

 Lute

has crafting recipe

if you press Shift+p-click, you can change the mode, shooting and playing.

Deals 2.5 health damage.

Strikes with it break faster, unbreaking reduces the damage caused by hits.

 

Violin

To get it, you have to kill the Ender Dragon

if you press Shift+p-click, you can change the mode, shooting and playing.

Deals 5 health damage.

Strikes with it break faster, unbreaking reduces the damage caused by hits.

 

Bandoneon

Can be obtained from the villager Leather Worker, after receiving Hero of the Village

Brass Whistle

Can be obtained from the villager in Novice Level with Tool Smith

 Flute

has crafting recipe in Stonecutter

To get it, you have to kill Wither

Lyre

To get it, you have to kill Piglin
